Country-module rule
Each global requirement is stored separately from its country implementation. The website never states that a global standard is "the law" of a country. Country modules identify the relevant legal source, authority, effective date, applicability, exceptions, enforcement route and verification date.
| Country-module field | Required behavior |
|---|---|
| Global standard reference | Link to GPMCCC title / requirement. |
| Jurisdiction | Country / regional legal system. |
| Legal source | Official law, regulation, authority guidance or treaty reference. |
| Competent authority | Institution responsible for the relevant function. |
| Mapping type | Equivalent / stricter / additional / not applicable / unresolved. |
| Applicability | Content type, entity, audience, territory, platform, age or activity. |
| Effective / repeal dates | Versioned temporal applicability. |
| Reviewer note | Interpretation boundary; not a substitute for legal advice. |
| Verification metadata | Verifier, verification date, official source URL and next review date. |
Evidence first
Findings are tied to specific documents, page references and verification dates — not to reviewer opinion.
Viewpoint neutral
Standards apply equally regardless of political, religious or commercial position.
Revalidated
Sensitive and monitored matters are re-checked on expiry, material change or new evidence.
